We travel directly to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, memory care units, and private residences to notarize documents for patients and seniors who cannot leave their location. We regularly serve patients in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, assisted living communities, memory care facilities, hospice care, and homebound seniors. We understand that timing is often critical — we work to accommodate urgent and same-day requests whenever possible.

Documents We Notarize at Bedside

We notarize healthcare powers of attorney, healthcare surrogates, HIPAA authorizations, durable powers of attorney, financial powers of attorney, living wills and advance directives, deed transfers, affidavits, and other legal documents that require notarization. We do not provide legal advice — we work alongside your attorney or family to complete the signing process.

What to Expect

We arrive at your facility, verify the signer's identity, confirm the signer's awareness and willingness, and complete the notarization according to Florida law. We are experienced with Florida's notarization requirements for individuals who may have limited mobility or communication difficulties, and we coordinate with facility staff as needed.
