$10 per notarized signature — Florida's state-mandated maximum fee per signature, applied to general notarizations including affidavits, acknowledgments, jurats, and personal documents.

Loan Signing Services

$125–$250 per signing — Pricing depends on the package size (purchase, refinance, HELOC, reverse mortgage) and travel distance. We work with title companies, escrow officers, and lenders throughout Southwest Florida. Same-day and evening signings available.

Power of Attorney & Estate Documents

Starting at $25 — POA documents, healthcare surrogates, living wills, and similar estate planning documents. We specialize in senior and elder care signings and can meet clients at assisted living facilities, memory care units, and hospitals.

Hospital & Facility Visits

Starting at $35 — We understand that time is critical in medical settings. We prioritize hospital, hospice, and assisted living visits and work to accommodate urgent requests.

Apostille & Document Authentication
